2. Description of Service

Helen is an AI-powered personal assistant that helps you capture tasks, schedule your day, receive daily digests, and stay on top of what matters. The Service integrates with third-party tools such as Google Calendar and Gmail to provide personalized assistance.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Helen offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

Helen uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, schedules, summaries, and other content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for important decisions
• You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any actions taken based on AI suggestions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (e.g., Google Calendar, Gmail). By connecting these services, you authorize Helen to access and use data from those services as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Helen and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helen and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
